How to place order: Email your order to Molly at Molly@sandstonepottery.com or by completing the form below. We will provide an invoice via email.
Colors/special request: a variety of colors will be provided unless a specific color is requested. Every piece is thrown on the pottery wheel by hand and carved out making it unique. Each piece can very slightly in size and color.
Order Minimum: a minimum order of $500 is required.
MSRP: Products purchased from Sandstone Pottery shall be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP).
Wholesale Pricing: All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized retailers will receive a flat rate of 40% off the MSRP plus waived tax.
All merchants purchasing goods for resale are required to submit a valid exemption or resale certificate to sandstone pottery to validate each exempt transaction.
Returns: Requests must be made in writing directly to Molly@sandstonepottery.com within 7 days of delivery date. No returns will be accepted without the approval of Sandstone Pottery. Delivery instructions for transport will be determined upon request. Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.
In the event that items are damaged or defective, please contact Molly at Molly@sandstonepottery.com within 7 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. No merchandise will be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
Nature of handmade products: Each piece is made by hand. Color, size, and shape can vary slightly from piece to piece. This variation is not subject to returns.
Payment: An invoice will be sent via email. We accept credit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay through our website. or a check made out to “Sandstone Pottery” can be mailed to 4600 highway 52 West Beattyville Ky 41311
Payment is expected upon delivery of your order, unless otherwise agreed upon. New clients may be asked to provide a deposit upfront for your first order.
Shipping: We offer Shipping on all domestic wholesale orders. Buyer pays shipping and the cost will be quoted on the confirmation invoice. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. Local Pickup is available and drop off within 30 min of Beattyville ky is free. *We do not ship international wholesale orders at this time.*
Delivery Window: Please allow 4-6 weeks from the confirmation of your order for completion of items. Orders placed during the holiday season (November & December) may have longer wait times.
